Shipping and Return Policy
Once you've placed an order, it cannot be canceled.
If your order is damaged, broken, or in need of return, please read below.
KaylenJean Boutique ships to all 50 states for a fee of $5.95 per order and items will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase. Since we are a new business, the owner is wearing ALL hats so please be patient during these initial stages! Each customer will receive their purchase in 7-11 days. If a package is lost or stolen, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS.
Return item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Instead of refunds, we provide store credit, which you will receive in a code via email 1-2 days after receiving your return. You can enter the code at checkout for your next purchase. Items must be returned in original form, including tags and packaging. *SALE and jewelry items cannot be returned. Return shipping and handling is the customer's responsibility, and any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If you have received broken/damaged items, make sure to contact KaylenJean Boutique within 3 days of receipt. Please provide a photo of the damaged portion of the item and email email@example.com with the subject line "Damaged Item(s)". Also provide for us the name/description of the item. If you do not contact us within 3 days, we will not accept refunds nor store credit.
